Available Positions:
Traveling Camp Counselors
Looking for a camp counselor job that creates deep and meaningful Christ-centered connections with campers and the staff you work with? This is for you!

Our Traveling Camp mission teams drive across the Midwest and partner with churches to put on Christian Day Camps for their local community.
It's all the fun and joy of camp (screaming down giant slip n' slides, silly skits, archery, group games, songs, and more!) plus the incredible community and adventure of travel!
Travel to a new town each week, show God’s love to campers and have incredible adventures with your team along the way!

Except: 6/30-7/4 - This is reserved for staff to have a week off
*Have a schedule conflict? Don’t count yourself out! Apply anyway, and we’ll discuss schedule flexibility in your interview.

Housing, laundry, all meals, transportation, and travel expenses are provided.
*Meals: We can accommodate dietary needs and allergies.

No experience is necessary, all training is provided!

$2,000 ($200 / Week for 10 Weeks)

If you have a conflict (mission trip, vacation, school, etc.), please let us know in your interview.
If a vacation opportunity comes up after you’ve been hired, we’ll let you know how to submit requests.
We are always willing to try and make it work.

Traveling Staff will return to Heartland on Friday evenings and will be off until they leave for their next church on Sundays.
Depending on the location of the churches, start times on Sunday will range from 10am to 2pm (1pm will be an average start time).

This position leads our summer staff with energy, enthusiasm, and a love for the Lord. Must be adaptive, organized, hard-working, and a problem solver. This position loves singing songs at the top of their lungs, mentoring staff, and loving our campers and their families.
